generally my excuses end up being a true event. i have  had to take off work before because i was sprayed down by a skunk, even though a majority of the workers did not believe it.others have been to get out of extra work around the farm, of course it was not actually work that needed done, i just did not want to help him. the worst excuse i have ever heard would have to be that when i told my cousin he had to go clean a mess he made, he told me the door was stuck and would not open no matter how hard he pushed on it. two reasons it was a horrible excuse, 1) the door was a pull. 2) when i looked at it, it was partially open.
